Focus on Fabric opened it's door May 1, 2007. You'll find us located in the heart of historic downtown Faribault, MN. Owning a fabric shop for me is like being a kid owning her own candy store!!. My previous experience working in fabric stores taught me that there are plenty of colors and prints to choose from but my most valuable teaching comes from my customers. Every month I find there is more to choose, something new and different, and like candy, I want it all! I remember receiving my first sewing machine at the age of 5. It was a plastic one but it made stitches just like real ones. It was the best gift ever. Since that day I have always loved to sew and create, for my family and for others.
Focus on Fabric offers cotton fabric for general sewing and quilting with a good range of sewing notions and supplies. If you don't find it here when you visit my shop I will search my vendors to locate it for you. My goal is to meet your sewing needs; whether it's fabrics notions, patterns, books and lots of of creative ideas. I also offer basic sewing and quilting classes for all levels.

Focus on Fabric is sadly closing the retail doors. I will continue my Longarm Quilting business from my home. My business phone number will remain the same.
